[Nutrition + Fitness]

A fitness and training program designed help you feel confident and strong! Each person is different and has their own individual needs, so everyone gets a personalized workout plan, whether it is cardio based, strength training, or both. A customized nutrition plan based on your goals and needs is provided. Learn how to track macros and food to meet any goal you want.  I provide meal guides and ideas to achieve your desired outcomes. 1:1 Coaching 3-months

Good for those just wanting to get started and/or have less than 15lbs of fat loss as a goal. This is a minimum contract. However, I recommend the 6-months for the most benefit in learning lifestyle changes and consistent habits. Most people need 4-6 weeks to establish habits.

1:1 Coaching 6-months

Good for those who need more than 15-20lbs of fat loss and/or want to make changes in their lifestyle for long-term benefits. Tired of yo-yo dieting and supplements. Best value for maintaining consistent progress and to transform lifestyle habits that last. I recommend this program for anyone with hormone imbalances.

Contact me to discuss your health disease or problem. I coach on medications, disease process, and nutrition. Together we can create a plan to optimize your health! These sessions are specialized to each client's needs and rates vary based on individuals needs and circumstances.

In-Person Personal Training

1:1 Training @ YMCA- Richmond Hill, GA

In-Person training provided through the YMCA. Clients must be a member and pay at the front desk. During your 1:1 session we will discuss your goals and create a training plan. I will teach you proper exercise techniques and learn about nutrition that optimizes your goals.
