Hello! I'm Sharlene Behringer, a Registered Nurse with a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education. With over 23 years of experience in a variety of clinical areas, I've dedicated my career to both caring for patients and educating individuals about their health. My journey began with my own struggles with chronic stress, anxiety/depression, hormonal imbalances, chronic fatigue, insomnia, and being underweight and malnourished, which led to muscle loss. I then gained more weight than I was comfortable with, which began my journey to complete wellness. I was tired of the afternoon slump! Overcoming these challenges and transforming my health, I am living in the best shape of my entire life and have never felt better!
My passion for teaching and empowering others is at the heart of my practice, as I believe that knowledge is a critical tool in achieving and maintaining optimal health.
Throughout my journey, I've gained extensive expertise in personal training, nutrition, overall health improvements, and chronic disease lifestyle management. I am a National NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Weight loss Specialist.
I am an amateur body builder, NPC Bikini Competitor.
I believe that health is about making sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to long-term benefits. I am committed to teaching women how to live healthy lives, making informed choices that enhance their well-being, including learning how to cook healthy meals. That's why I focus on empowering my clients with the knowledge and tools they need to take control of their health.
